Meeting #1: Interview with Partner
(September 29th, 2022)
​During the initial interview with our partner, I took the task of taking the notes for the duration of the meeting. Additionally, when the time was appropriate, I asked my own questions that came about during our discussion. Meeting #4:
(November 10th, 2022)
During our fourth bi-weekly partner meeting, we were all able to attend to show our progress with each part to the project and ask any clarifying questions. The meeting log and notes can be found under "Documentation." Additionally, we discussed how our main source of communication will be via email during the holiday and we will discuss the necessity for a Zoom meeting closer to the final date.
Meeting #2: Check-In & Approvals with Partner
(October 13th, 2022)
​On our check-in meeting with our partner, I took the meeting minutes and wrote the agenda for the meeting. In other words, I took on the role of documenting the meeting.

Team Final Presentation Meeting
(November 28th, 2022)
Our team met on Monday, November 29th to go over our final presentation. We knew that this time around our timing was crucial as we have a lot to cover in 15 minutes. We condensed the text on our slides and I contributed by creating a rough time chart for the slides which can be found under "Documentation" and time chart.
Meeting #3:
(October 27th, 2022)
Although I was unable to attend the meeting on this Thursday with our partner due to a prior conflict. I shared some questions I had with my group and went over the meeting notes with the team after the meeting. The meeting notes from October 27th can be found on the "Documentation" page.
Final Presentation
(November 29th, 2022)
In class, our team gave a 15-minute presentation followed by a 5 minute Q&A session to our class, partner, and other faculty.
